i have no cod game yet and im getting mw3 as my first game any1 got gaming tips for me cuz i suck at the game badly i get 8 deaths and most kills is 5 and thats online blackops
just play more i used to suck now im a boss
on the ps3 i did most mw2 matches like 7-22 or something on free for all now i go 30 and 9 on free for all and like 55 and 15 on domination just try hard camp n run-n-gun
I would also say, just play alot. I started with MW2 and I sucked badly. Just keep working at it and dont get frustrated. In blackops there was a theater mode that you could review old matches. I would watch some of the better players in that game and see what they do well. If your not used to first person shooters, the hardest part is getting the controls down and that just takes time. I used to be horrible with sniper rifles and I forced myself to play with them on every map for a month and now I am alot better with them. So just keep at them and dont get frustrated…

first off i would to say opinions are like butholes and everyone has one so here is mine but to start off i would like to address some of you fanboy yahoos.. no one cares if you like or think one cod is better than any other. every cod game has its pros and cons and that pros and cons list is different for every single gamer. (ie – mw2′s nukes, some like it some hate it). overall no one cares which cod you like better BECAUSE mw3 is right around the corner.. also in a general note, no one likes the person who uses the capslock key, it tends to make you misspell words as well so dont do it…
now to mw3, im psyched, personally i enjoy all the cods starting with cod2 and think they got better every game so my expectations are high for mw3. what i didnt like about mw2 is that assault rifles sniped just as well as sniper rifles. so not enough recoil on weapons, i mean who likes getting shot by an acr all the way across the map on estate while only your head is showing in the estate cabin, by looking at gameplay they fixed that issue. another issue in all cod games is too much tubing in all the cod series, i know whatever is in the game is fair for everyone but i think its pointless to make a pure noob tube power game. it got the name “noob tube” because anyone can do it and requires much less skill. i have heard that explosive damage is going to be a little less on mw3. 3rd issue and looks like it is not going to be changed on this game either is that it seems 3 perks tend to be overly dominant. black ops was flak jacket ghost and sleight of hand. mw2 was obviously one man army with a noob tube and couple other perks that everyone always uses. why not give us something more useful on a perk like Lightweight.. who cares if you can run faster when you can become immune to uav, cuav, emp, thermal, heartbeat sensors, and no red crosshair or name… so tell me which is a better perk in that scenario, can you really give up all of that just to move faster? why not break up assassin into 2 perks? you can easily put immune to cuav and emp any no red crosshair or name above you into a perk of its own. 4th issue. more sniping maps period. black ops had just a handfull of sniping scenarios, mw2 had wasteland and just a couple other scenario sniping positions. from what ive seen on 4 maps on youtube nothing will change. shotguns should not ever be a secondary weapon. we all know cod is a game and we are to keep that in mind but in cod you are a soldier so having said that how many soldiers have you seen or heard of that has a huge shotgun on his back just as often as a soldier has a pistol on his hip.. maybe once out of 30. thats why they brought back overkill so you can be that one out of 30.. i know im not going to be that one guy cuz im going to be using steady aim or stalker. another thing im glad they changed is more killstreaks.. i got bored with cod killstreaks with blackops. cod is renown for custimization so mw3 took care of that and brought out so many possibilities.. love it. another issue is why the heck do you start out with the best weapons such as 50 cal m4a1.. black ops did pretty well with giving you the incentive to level to get better guns and had the commando or m4 as a late level gun. again that is an incentive to play hard and level.. mw2 gave me no incentive to level because i already had the m4 or the scar in the earliest levels. correct me if im wrong but isnt the m4 the most popular military gun?? and the doesnt the 50 cal have the ability to stop a tank at a quarter mile???? so why is the damage not at least somewhat equivalent on cod.. i know 50 cal snipers should be taking out helicopters in one shot but shouldnt a 50 cal at least kill in one shot if hit someone in a shoulder or ass?? i mean seriously get shot in the ass by a 50 cal and see if you live.. you can live without an arm or leg but if you get shot anywhere close to the torso you should die period.. also i think heavy machine guns are a little underrated on all cods.. they are mounted on top of humvees to reak havoc on anything so tell me why an m4 kills just as fast as any heavy machine gun. maybe lighten the damage on all assault rifles to help keep balance in the other weapons cuz assault weapons are overly used in the game.. submachine guns range is also over powered. can always add more recoil on the submachine guns.. another thing is why take shotguns off secondary weps if your gonna keep akimbo machine guns???? hopefully the accuracy and damage wont be to excessive because if not it will defeat the purpose of taking shotguns off secondary weps.
all in all i have high expectations from mw3 i think they have fixed a lot of things that hurt other cod games. there are still going to be issues but we all know that. this is my opinion so i really dont care if you like it or want to burn it.

Are we sure that the Striker Semi-automatic shotgun is unlocked at level 48? Because I saw in some videos that it was available in the Riot Control preset class.
Cleary if your a cod fan. you would know in preset classes they do give higher level guns in the oreset classes
Hey, dumbass; in CoD4, the presets only had level 4 CAC weapons; in MW2, they only had level 4 CAC weapons, except for the magnum (secondary); in Black Ops, they only had the level 4 CAC weapons. There is no excuse for ignorance, so don’t give me your shit.

i think they should make the m16 automatic it would make the gun realistic. in the military they dont run around with a m16 on 3round burst. my brother is in the marines and my dad in the airforce. they dont even use 3round burst anymore!
yeah would be good idea to make it more realistic, but from a entertainment standpoint, the gun is great on its stats so making it full auto would make that the most powerfull weapon in the game, and it would make mw3 less fun
